You should pray, even if you are an Atheist.

Atheists, believers in God(s), Agnostics, and even believers in a simulation all benefit from praying.

Praying acts as a check on the ego, reminding ourselves that there are things larger than us. The Atheist can be reminded that we cannot know everything and we are a speck of dust in time. The believer in God should use it as a way to remind themselves of their faith and the ethics that come along with it. Those that believe in the simulation should recognize that God and the Simulator are the same.

What should we pray about? I recommend praying for clarity of mind to do good and to actually remember to do good. Try to avoid praying about things that are related to comfort, like praying you get something. You probably already know the exact steps to achieve that goal.
