Never hate someone for acting in their nature.
A rooster sings at the break of dawn and you awake angry. “Shut up bird!” You exclaim. Can you not see the bird is acting in its nature and you are the flawed one for being angry at it?
A neighbor with down syndrome knocks at your door again, asking if you have seen their cat. “NO” you tell them, getting impatient as they have come by hours before. Can you not see that your neighbor is acting in accord with their nature, and getting angry at them for being themselves is absurd?
You are nearly killed by a car who was being operated by a person road raging while texting and blasting music. Your reaction is anger, but as difficult as it seems, this is not the proper feeling. You should pity them for they do not see all the benefits of being a good person, they instead act selfishly; a burden they likely carry throughout all facets of life.
In your future interactions, try to determine if someone is acting maliciously when they know better versus simply acting in accord with their nature. This is likely the most important distinction for seeing the world clearly. Learn to appreciate the gifts you were given in intellect and wisdom to have the faculties required to discern between the two.
